Our Concierge Staff and Customer Service Officers serve as a blend of customer service personnel and security professionals and they are usually the first point of contact for clients, customers and contractors. Therefore, we ensure that our concierge and customer service staff have the required training and interpersonal skills to promote a friendly, welcoming and positive environment as well as contributing to the safety and protection of individuals, premises and assets.

Some of the duties performed by our Concierge and Customer Service Officers are as follows:

  • Managing building access to authorised personnel
  • Greeting and Assisting visitors
  • Providing customer service (answering phone inquiries)
  • Verifying Identity pass
  • Providing visitor’s pass to authorised individuals
  • Safety Monitoring (monitor surveillance cameras)
  • Scanning the surroundings for suspicious activities
  • Receiving and managing incoming & outgoing packages, mail, and deliveries
  • Emergency Response (initiating emergency protocols, fire drills, evacuations)
  • Conflict Resolution (minor disputes within the premises)
  • Record keeping and incident reporting
  • Ad-hoc requests (arranging transportation, providing directions, emailing internal staff for deliveries pick up)
